One year ago on this special day,
A great soul had passed away.
There was sunshine
And God said, "I have come to say that she is mine."
She will live in happiness without any pain-
where she will be a goddess in her reign.
She will be able to watch over all those she met-
and remind those who knew her to never forget.
It wasn't a reminder of herself but of our one and only King,
Jesus Christ the Lord, and all those who joined her to sing.
She knew her Redeemer lived, on Earth and in the sky-
Where she had faith that she could live eternally and for a short time say goodbye.
"Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending."
